We have a 7 day return policy. Day 1 begins on the day you receive your order. You must request an RMA number by emailing us at [email protected] before the end of day 7. Upon receipt of your RMA request, we will issue you an RMA number with detailed instructions which will include the return shipping address, if different from the return address on the original shipping label.
All vacuum cleaners must be returned in the manufacturer's original box, which must include all accessories, instruction manuals and original packaging materials and must be placed inside the outer brown shipping box and sealed with shipping tape. Please be sure to insure the package for its full retail value.
You are responsible for the return shipping charge(s). If you received free shipping, the shipping amount along with the credit card fees that we incurred will be deducted from the total order amount. Lastly, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, which will also be deducted from the total order amount. After calculating and deducting these fees, we will determine your total refund amount.
