Recommended for all types of bare floors and rugs, Miele's Compact C1 HomeCare vacuum cleaner boasts a powerful, yet quiet, 1200 watt, Miele-made vortex motor. The 6 speed suction setting for the motor can be controlled via rotary dial.
The SBD 285-3 Floorhead contains a floor setting and a rug setting. In the floor setting, the bristles come out to clean your floors and in the rug setting the bristles retract to clean your rugs.
The STB 305-3 Turbo Head, is a gentle, air-driven head that features a rotating roller brush that spins from the suction of the vacuum. Since it does not contain a motor, it is not recommended for wall-to-wall carpeting but it will effectively clean all types of rugs.
The dusting brush, upholstery tool and crevice tool are conveniently stored on a VarioClip which can be mounted at the base of the hose for easy access.
This vacuum uses Miele's FJM bags (one bag is included and installed in the vacuum). The optional SF-HA 50 HEPA filter is not included but can be purchased separately.
